Perez also expressed immense pride in Real Madrid’s academy, calling it “the best in the world.” He revealed that 191 academy-trained players are now playing in professional leagues, including 51 in Spain’s First Division, 56 in the Second Division, and 84 in international leagues. He also noted that six academy graduates are currently part of Real Madrid’s first team.
Addressing the growing demands on players, Perez voiced concerns about the physical and mental toll caused by the increasing number of matches.
