Bayern Munich’s head coach Vincent Kompany acknowledged his team’s remarkable attacking form this autumn in away games across the Bundesliga and the German Cup, where they have scored at least three goals in each of their seven visits. Despite this consistent success on the road, Kompany admitted uncertainty about why Bayern has been so effective away from the Allianz Arena. “Good question. Honestly, I don’t know why that is” Kompany remarked during a press conference.

Kompany emphasized that there is no major tactical shift between home and away games, stating, “I don’t think we differentiate too much between away games and home games.
