Milan Skriniar has openly expressed his dissatisfaction with the current situation at Paris Saint-Germain, citing limited playing time as a key concern. Despite his frustrations, Skriniar remained professional, acknowledging that while he isn’t happy with his minutes on the pitch, he respects the decisions made by PSG coach Luis Enrique.

The Slovak defender, who joined PSG from Inter on a free transfer in 2023, has reportedly attracted attention from several clubs, including Juventus. However, a move to Juve would likely depend on PSG’s willingness to consider a loan arrangement rather than a permanent transfer. This season, Skriniar has been on the field in just two games for his club, clocking up 111 minutes of football.
Talking in front of journalists before Slovakia’s UEFA Nations League match against Sweden, Skriniar reflected on his current status: “Mentally, I’m handling it fine. The situation is what it is, and I’m not happy about it. The only thing I can influence is to train and work hard. The coach makes the lineup, and I respect his decisions.” He also revealed that there were options for loan moves over the summer, but none came to fruition.
Skriniar’s determination to fight for his place in the squad remains, though the likelihood of a January departure from PSG is becoming increasingly concrete.
