Due to the injury, Bellingham is expected to miss at least five matches for Los Blancos, including four La Liga fixtures against Valladolid, Las Palmas, Betis, and Real Sociedad, as well as Real Madrid’s first Champions League match of the season. Additionally, Bellingham will be unavailable for England’s upcoming Nations League matches in September.
Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti confirmed Bellingham’s injury concerns and mentioned that the midfielder is likely to return to action on matchday 6 against Espanyol. Ancelotti also commented on the upcoming match, saying, “This Sunday is going to be a very special day for Mbappé, and he’s going to play a great game that the fans will really enjoy.”
