Jorge Mendes, the agent representing Ugarte, is leading the negotiations, with PSG reportedly open to selling the player. Mendes has already brokered one deal for United this summer, being involved in Leny Yoro’s transfer to the Red Devils. Now, he is focused on securing Ugarte’s move to Old Trafford. However, Manchester United are looking to reduce the transfer fee or make one more sale to finance the deal. Without such adjustment, United may have to pursue a cheaper alternative.
