Indiana easily defeats New York, Jokic leads Denver past Minnesota

Indiana Pacers tied the NBA Eastern Conference semi-final series with New York Knicks 2-2, after winning 121-89 at Gainbrige Fieldhouse in Indianapolis on Sunday. Tyrese Haliburton was the highest scorer for the Pacers with 20 points, while also adding 6 rebounds and 5 assists to his credit. For the Knicks, Jalen Brunson had an off night, finishing with 18 points, 3 boards and 5 dimes for 31 minutes on the court. The series will now return to Madison Square Garden in New York for Game 5, scheduled for Tuesday.

The defending champions Denver Nuggets, led by freshly crowned MVP for the regular season Nikola Jokic, evened their series with Minnesota Timberwolves, by winning 2nd consecutive game away from home 115-107. The Joker contributed with 35 points, 7 rebounds, and 7 assists, and Aaron Gorden scored another 27 for the Nuggets’ win. Antony Edwards dropped 44 points and a total of six Wolves players finished with double-digits in points, but they still lost. The next meeting between Denver and Minnesota will take place at Ball Arena in Colorado on Tuesday.
