England suffered a 1-0 defeat at home to Brazil in a friendly match on Saturday night at Wembley Stadium, London. The loss wasn’t the only setback for England’s manager, Gareth Southgate, as three players left the camp on Sunday to return to their clubs because of injuries.

Manchester City’s Kyle Walker had to leave the game early, just 20 minutes in, and was replaced by Ezri Konsa. Harry Maguire of Manchester United remained on the field until the 67th minute before Lewis Dunk took his place, while Sam Johnstone stayed on the bench for the match.
Despite Maguire’s injury not seeming severe, a scan will give more details. The FA confirmed that all three – Kyle Walker, Sam Johnstone, and Harry Maguire had to leave the Three Lions camp and will not be available for the team’s next friendly match.
In their place, 19-year-old Rico Lewis from Manchester City and 21-year-old goalkeeper James Trafford from Burnley have been called up to the senior squad for the upcoming game against Belgium, scheduled for Tuesday. Both were present during England’s U21 comprehensive 1:5 win against Azerbaijan U21 on Friday.
