🎙️ José Mourinho on Manchester United: "I loved it, I loved my time there. I was so proud of going there. I was even prouder when a couple of years later I went back as a Sky pundit with Roy Keane and felt the reaction of the crowd.

Mourinho, having managed the Red Devils from 2016 to 2018, holds a special affinity for the club, expressing a wish for its resurgence to the top of English football. Reflecting on his time at United, he humorously hinted at the possibility of a belated league title from the 2017/2018 season, should Manchester City be punished for any Financial Fair Play irregularities.
For the current season, Mourinho tips Manchester City as favourites for the Premier League title, potentially edging out Liverpool for a historic fourth consecutive triumph. His predictions for the Champions League see a fierce competition between City and his former club, Real Madrid, with a personal nod towards Los Blancos for the victory, given the Spanish club’s legacy and his connections there.
The 61 year old tactitian also addressed opportunities he passed up during the three-year stint with Roma, which included rejecting the chance to coach the best Portuguese national team in history its history, and a lucrative offer from Saudi Arabia.
