Porto have completed the transfer of centre-back Otavio from Famalicao. The deal is said to be in excess of 12 million, with the Brazilian player having already signed the contract. The 21 year old player joined Famalicao in January of 2023 initially on loan from Flamengo, and six months later both teams agreed for a permanent transfer, with the Portuguese side paying a mere €500 thousand for his services. Now, after another six months, Famalicao have cashed in on their investment, selling for 24 times the amount they initially paid.
