Manchester City midfielder Kevin De Bruyne has become the subject of intense transfer speculation following news that he will leave the club at the end of the season. One of the options for the Belgian is to continue his career in the United States. According to The Mirror, Inter Miami is preparing an offer for De Bruyne but will face competition from clubs in Saudi Arabia for his signature.

Inter Miami president David Beckham wants to see De Bruyne alongside Lionel Messi and the club’s other stars – Luis Suárez, Sergio Busquets, and Jordi Alba. At the same time, there is a possibility the club could strengthen further this summer with Ángel Di María, a close friend of Messi.

De Bruyne was recently linked with MLS newcomers San Diego FC, but the club’s sporting director, Tyler Heaps, stated that such a deal would be financially unfeasible.

De Bruyne joined Manchester City in 2015 and has since made 413 appearances, scoring 106 goals and providing 174 assists for the club. He has won the Premier League title six times, the FA Cup twice, the Carabao Cup five times, the Community Shield three times, and the UEFA Champions League once.
