    Key Takeaways:

  • Miami Heat cruised to a 112:86 victory over the Golden State Warriors for their second straight win
  • Bam Adebayo led the way with 27 points, while Jimmy Butler was limited to just 11 against his former team
  • Golden State struggled without Steph Curry and couldn’t mount a challenge in the final quarter

Miami Heat recorded a second consecutive win after defeating the Golden State Warriors 112:86 last night in a regular season NBA game. At the Kaseya Center in Florida, the hosts were the more active team early on, taking a 28:22 lead after the first quarter. In the second, the Heat continued their dominance and stretched the lead to 17 points at 46:29. Though the Warriors managed to trim the deficit to 9, Miami closed the half with a strong run to restore the 17-point margin.

At the start of the third quarter, Miami once again pulled ahead by 20, but Golden State chipped away to bring the gap down to 13 before the final period. However, without the injured Steph Curry, the Warriors lacked resistance, and Miami fully took over. They neutralised their former star Jimmy Butler, who finished with just 11 points, 6 rebounds, and 2 assists, sealing a comprehensive victory.

Bam Adebayo was the top scorer for the Heat with 27 points, 8 rebounds, and 1 assist, while Kel’el Ware posted a double-double with 14 points and 10 rebounds. Jonathan Kuminga led Golden State with 15 points, 2 boards, and 2 dimes.

With this win, Miami holds 10th place in the Eastern Conference with a 31–41 balance. Golden State, meanwhile, sits 6th in the West with a 41–31 record.
