The Premier League announced the winners of its monthly awards for November, with Liverpool dominating the honours. The Reds’ impressive form during the month, which saw them win all three of their matches and extend their lead at the top of the table, earned them both the Manager of the Month and Player of the Month awards. Arne Slot won the Manager of the Month award for the first time, beating out fellow nominees Fabian Hürzeler and Gary O’Neil. Slot becomes the fourth Dutchman to receive the award, following in the footsteps of Martin Jol, Ronald Koeman, and Erik ten Hag.

Alongside him, Mohamed Salah was named Player of the Month after a stellar November. The Egyptian contributed to five of the team’s seven goals during the month, including the winning goal against Brighton, two assists in the victory over Aston Villa, and a brace in the comeback win against Southampton. This is Salah’s sixth Player of the Month award, which ties him with Liverpool legend Steven Gerrard and Manchester United’s Cristiano Ronaldo. Only Harry Kane and Sergio Agüero have won more Player of the Month awards, with seven each.
