Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca highlighted the contributions of key players and addressed the injury setback of Wesley Fofana following the team’s victory against Aston Villa on Sunday. Maresca expressed his admiration for Moisеs Caicedo, who started in the right-back position yesterday. “Caicedo really deserves the best because he is a fantastic guy” Maresca said. “He’s very humble, and everything we ask of him, he is there to do it. I’m loving his performances.”

Despite the victory, Chelsea suffered a blow with Wesley Fofana’s injury during the match. Maresca confirmed the seriousness of the situation, saying, “Unfortunately, it’s bad news, it’s a hamstring problem. These kinds of things require at least three, four, five weeks. In the way he was playing, it’s a big loss for us.”
