Injury crisis at Real Madrid, only Mbappe of the French contingent remains healthy

Real Madrid is currently grappling with a mounting injury crisis, as several key players are sidelined with various injuries. The club’s latest update reveals that David Alaba, Jude Bellingham, Eduardo Camavinga, Aurélien Tchouameni, Ferland Mendy, Dani Ceballos, and Joan Martínez are all on the injury list.

Aurelien Tchouameni, who experienced discomfort in his left foot during the team’s match, has been allowed to return to Madrid by the French national team to receive treatment. Fortunately for Los Blancos, Tchouameni’s injury is not a serious one, and the defensive midfielder is expected to use the international break to rest and recover. The aim is for him to be in peak condition for Real Madrid’s upcoming clash against Real Sociedad.

Ferland Mendy and Dani Ceballos were another casualties from the match against Real Betis. Mendy suffered a calf injury and is also expected to recover after the international breakm while Ceballos is expected to miss 2 months of action. Eduardo Camavinga is also nursing an injury, joining Jude Bellingham, who is similarly dealing with health issues.

Despite these setbacks, the Real Madrid staff remains optimistic. They are confident that both Tchouameni and Mendy will be fit and ready to return after the international break, although Dani Ceballos is expected to be sidelined for a longer period.
