PSG and Benfica on the brink of exchanging Portuguese midfielders

Paris Saint-Germain is actively involved in several high-profile transfer dealings as they aim to bolster their squad for the upcoming season. One of the most significant moves involves João Neves. The deal, expected to be finalized in the coming days, is nearing completion. According to Fabrizio Romano, the package being discussed includes a €70 million fee plus the inclusion of Renato Sanches – a former Benfica player.

Benfica is reportedly close to agreeing to welcome Renato Sanches’ back to the club as part of the João Neves transfer. The former Bayern Munich midfielder’s inclusion in the deal has brought the negotiations to the brink of completion.

Meanwhile, PSG is also in contention for Désiré Doué. Despite intense interest from Bayern Munich, Doué has yet to decide on his next destination. Both clubs have strong proposals on the table, but Doué has not made any decisions as of today.

In another ambitious move, PSG is keen on signing Nico Williams. Luis Enrique has shown a strong desire to bring the talented winger to Paris. PSG has reportedly doubled FC Barcelona’s proposed wage offer, indicating their serious intent to secure Williams’ services.
