Juventus to unveil Motta as next manager today or tomorrow, club ready with replacement for Szczesny

Juventus is ready to unveil Thiago Motta as the new manager today or tomorrow. It will mark the beginning of a new era at the Turin-based giants as the former midfielder replaces Max Allegri, who spent 3 seasons at Juve’s helm during his 2nd stint with the club.

Juventus are ready to make changes in the goalkeeping department, having finalized an €18 million deal for Michele Di Gregorio. Monza’s CEO, Adriano Galliani, confirmed that Michele Di Gregorio is likely to leave this summer. Juventus has agreed on every detail of the €18 million plus €2 million deal, including a loan with a mandatory buy clause. The move signals the club’s readiness to sell the current starting goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny. The Polish international is open to negotiations with Al Nassr, who have proposed a two-year contract, making him their priority target. Additionally, Juventus will soon start new contract talks with back-up goalie Mattia Perin.

Juventus are also actively pursuing Douglas Luiz from Aston Villa. After a stall, talks have now resumed, focusing on a potential swap deal involving Samuel Iling Jr, Weston McKennie, and cash. The complex arrangement appears to be the only way possible to bring Luiz to Turin.
