Minnesota extends lead to 2-0, Indiana and Dallas tie their series

Last night the NBA playoffs offered 3 match-ups, with the Phoenix Suns and Dallas Mavericks visiting Minnesota and Los Angeles Clippers respectively in the Western Conference and Milwaukee Bucks taking on the Indiana Pacers on home floor on East. Up until yesterday all meetings of the post-season have ended in wins for the teams playing at home and Minnesota kept the trend, triumphing 105:93 in the first Tuesday meeting over the Suns.

In the 2nd game on Tuesday, Pascal Siakam inspired Indiana Pacers to an away victory against the Milwaukee Bucks, dropping 37 points and 11 rebounds. Damian Lillard finished with 34 points but it was not enough in the absence of the other Bucks’ superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo and the team lost its home court advantage in the series.

The last game was between the 4th and 5th seeds in the West, with Kahwi Leonard returning from an injury for the Clippers. Luka Doncic led Dallas to a 96:93 victory, scoring 32 points and providing 9 assists. The Slovenian was solidly aided by Kyrie Irving’s 23 points, while for the L.A. Clippers Paul George and James Harden had 22 points each.
