This marks a histotic achievement for Feyenoord and represents their biggest win in De Klassieker. They have now scored 10 and not conceded a single goal to Ajax in the two league games this season, as Feyenoord triumphed 0:4 away at Johan Cruijff Arena earlier in the season. On top of that, the 6:0 league loss is the biggest for Ajax for the previous 74 years.
Feyenoord are now on a run of 15 straight meetings without losing, and on a five game winning streak. The team remain in 2nd place in the standings, 9 points behind the leaders from PSV. Ajax, on the other hand, allowed 1st loss in five outings and is currently in 6th position in the table with 45 points, 33 less than PSV.
