Roberto Di Zerbi coys about his future plans

As speculation swirls around Roberto Di Zerbi’s future, the Brighton manager maintains a focused stance, emphasizing his dedication to the club amidst rumors linking him to top managerial positions across Europe. Speaking to the press ahead of Brighton’s upcoming match against Fulham, Di Zerbi addressed the uncertainty surrounding his career.

Despite the circulating rumours associating him with prestigious clubs such as Barcelona and Bayern Munich, Di Zerbi’s current attention remains unwaveringly on Brighton. “I have only Brighton in my head. I would like to finish the season in the best way with our young players – to compete and win as many games as we can” he stated, underlining his commitment to the club’s immediate objectives.

When probed about his plans for the next season, Di Zerbi provided a measured response, highlighting his existing contract without giving away much about his future intentions. “Yes, I have a contract. I have decided nothing. My focus is on Brighton, 100%.”

In addition to his future, Di Zerbi shared his thoughts on player development, specifically advising Ansu Fati to “believe in himself” more, suggesting a need for mental strength rather than physical transformation.

Good news for the Seagulls fans came with the announcement that Tariq Lamptey, Evan Ferguson, Danny Welbeck, and Joel Veltman are all available for selection for the Saturday’s game, boosting the team’s options ahead of their visit to the Craven Cottage Stadium in London.
