Even though the Dutch attacker has participated in 18 matches across all competitions, his involvements have come mainly from the bench, as he has started only in the most recent of Everton’s previous 16 games. Danjuma has scored 2 goals this campaign – one in the Premier League and one in EFL Cup. He has represented the Netherlands senior team 6 times in total and made his international debut in 2018. Danjuma’s last international call-up came in March of 2022. The potential transfer to Lyon might provide the attacker with the perfect stage to reinvigorate his career and with a solid performances we might even see him at Euro 2024.
