Baltimore Ravens vs Green Bay Packers – Preview, Tips and Odds

The Baltimore Ravens host the Green Bay Packers on Sunday in a week 15 NFL clash.

The Ravens are leading the AFC North, but things are getting tight as they come here on the back of losing their last two games.

Green Bay are leading the NFC North, and this is far more comfortable for them, they have a 10-3 record and have won their last two games.

Baltimore Ravens vs Green Bay Packers Head to Head

These two come from different conferences, and for that reason, we have not seen them play each other since November 2017 in a competitive game.

That was a complete blowout win for the Baltimore Ravens, taking the game by a score of 23-0 and keeping the Packers off the scoreboard.

In total, the teams have played each other six times, with Green Bay winning four and Baltimore winning two. They’ve met twice in Baltimore, and both teams have won once.

The last meeting came four years ago, while there have been just two meetings in the past decade. For that reason, head-to-head results should not have too much significance placed on them, as the teams have changed a lot since those meetings.

Baltimore Ravens Form

As mentioned, the Baltimore Ravens come into this game on the back of two defeats in a row, which has cut their lead at the top of the AFC North.

They were beaten last weekend in a tight game against the Cleveland Browns, and to make that worse, the Browns are one of the two teams chasing down the Ravens.

That game ended 24-22 to the Browns, and at different times in the game, both will feel like they should have won it, but it was the Browns who eventually took home the win.

Mark Andrews led the way once again for Baltimore as he continues to show why many believe him to be the best tight end in the league. He scored a touchdown and received for 115 yards in the game.

Green Bay Packers Form

The Packers are a lot more comfortable than the Ravens when they look at the standings. They are top of the NFC North and need just one win from their remaining four games to win the division and secure their playoff spot.

Fresh off their bye in week 13, week 14 was good for the Packers as they recorded a win over rivals the Chicago Bears in a very high scoring game.

Green Bay took that one 45-30, a game where they trailed by 10 points on two separate occasions, so certainly showed character. Defensively, this game was not so good for Green Bay, but they scored six touchdowns and Chicago could not keep up with that pace.

The two leaders of the Green Bay offense scored two touchdowns each. Devante Adams leads the receiving group and Aaron Jones leads the running backs, these two are key offensively, and if they play like they did last weekend, they will take some stopping once again.
